Like many guys, Mark Foster struggles with commitment, but given his past, he has good reason. Fifteen years ago, his parents' scandalous divorce grabbed the public's attention and shattered Mark's ideas about marriage. Even worse, Mark and his charismatic brother, Hal, were forced to pick sides and to this day, disagree over whom to fault. Unfortunately, Mark has never shared any of this with his unsuspecting girlfriend, Erika, who is about to meet Mark's embittered, camera-happy mother, Gretchen, for the first time. As Mark desperately struggles to keep his family's sordid history under wraps, during a long, awkward weekend, past issues resurface that force Mark to confront the thing he fears the most...his own lies.

Review :
Comedic Dischord in The Full Picture
The Full Picture was really a fun flick. The cast was terrific and director Jon Bowden's script really sharp. The ongoing dysfunctional relationships are ones we can all relate to and the interactions between brothers Hal and Mark Foster were completely believable. Kudos to Mssrs. Hutchinson and Jennings.
Bettina Devin is absolutely wonderful as Gretchen Foster - imperious, haughty, and comedic. Lizzie Ross does a masterful job in conveying the emotional complexities of the anxiety attack ridden Erika. The film at times leaves you feeling very uncomfortable, that is until the family tensions begin to get embarrassingly out of control. The scene in the Japanese restaurant is priceless.
The film score was exceptional and helped create additional tension in the flick. Really well done!!
